We provide non-legal immigration support services, including immigration form preparation, translation and interpretation services, Mexican dual citizenship assistance, and other administrative/document support for immigration purposes.

We operate in the State of California with offices in Rancho Cucamonga and Rialto, San Bernardino County.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Fees and Payment

Fees are disclosed before work begins. Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are final except as described in the cancellation and refund section below.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Immigration Form Preparation & Mexican Dual Citizenship Services: You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. To cancel, notify us in writing (email) within the 24-hour window.

All Other Services: Once the service has been provided, payments are non-refundable.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all forms and documents, and to review any completed forms or translations before submission. Errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide are your responsibility.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We assist with document preparation and related services, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome. All immigration decisions are made by government authorities at their sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSN Immigration Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses or delays arising from government actions, application decisions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Privacy

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
